Conversion can be an overwhelming process depending on the size of your organization and the amount of data you have. As long as the data goes in correctly and you TOTALLY understand how Pentagon processes the information, you'll be fine.
Truthfully, you need someone that understands how Pentagon processes the data to make sure what you think your getting is how it will actually work. There is allot more to it than just loading the inventory, customers, vendors, beginning balances and open AR/AP. When pentagon is setup correctly, it can make your life easier. Many times not enough time is put into planning the conversion and understanding your company’s processes.
